This guesthouse is an add-on to a historic, 1918-built, victorian shot gun home. There is a private entrance at the rear/side of the house at the end of the driveway. This guest suite is 2 floors. Upstairs has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a dedicated office space (or dressing room). Downstairs has a living room, dining space, kitchenette, and "mud" space at the entrance. The living room has a projector with a framed screen, Roku, and a speaker for "theater-like" movie watching. Get comfy on the plush futon (which folds back for a recline or all the way down for laying) or in the hammock-like swing. This swing will capture you for hours. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator (bigger than a mini), microwave, one-eye cook top, toaster, blender, and George Foreman grill; as well as glass cups, plates, utensils, cookware, and wine glasses. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and plush pillows. Extra linens and towels are provided. The curtains are room darkening for a comfortable sleep. The closet has plenty of shelving and hanging space with hangers. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp, and chair.
